Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and MBA in Corporate Finance from IBMEC. Pedro is registered in CNAI (Brazilian Register of Independent Auditors) and is Director of Ibracon (Brazilian Auditors Institute).

Experience

More than 15 years of experience in audit area. Managed, supervised and performed work for national and international companies, small and big companies, of the public and private sectors.

Experience in auditing financial statements (BR GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP), due diligence, limited review and special reviews of financial statements, internal controls, agreed-upon procedures, SOX.
