More than 20 years of experience in business valuation, feasibility studies, business plan, merger and acquisition process (M&A), restructuring projects and debt advisory. In additional, he had several Project Finance for the infrastructure sector, advising clients in the modeling and structuring of funding. Also participating in judicial administrator training courses and acting in relevant judicial recoveries and bankruptcy proceedings.
His experience includes expressive networking with financial institutions, financial and development banks, private equities and investment funds, national and international private equity.
