To map this scenario and answer these and other questions on the topic, the ESG and Publicly Traded Companies survey was carried out by Grant Thornton Brasil, XP Inc. and Fundação Dom Cabral who answered questions related to the pillars:

Methodology and profile of respondents

The survey involved companies from 16 Brazilian states. Among the respondents, we have 19% C-levels, 14% Sustainability leaders, 6% Investor Relations leaders and others indicated other actions.

The survey was conducted with 167 publicly traded companies in Brazil, involving sectors of agribusiness, energy, finance, mining, consumer products, health and pharmaceutical industry, services, real estate and construction, public sector, technology, tourism and hospitality.
