At the beginning of the pandemic, we carried out a research about the impacts of the adoption of the home office in the face of social distance and isolation in the routine of Brazilian companies.
After a year, what has changed in this experience?
To identify how organizations, Human Resources managers and professionals in general are dealing with the issues imposed by the pandemic, a team of professors and researchers from FDC Brazil, Fundação Dom Cabral Reference Center in Strategy, in partnership with Grant Thornton Brazil and Emlyon Business School in France, launched the second edition of the research on the impacts of work in the home office model.
