Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from São Judas Tadeu University (USJT - Universidade São Judas Tadeu) and bachelor degree Accounting from Foundation and School of Commerce Alvares Penteado (FECAP - Fundação Escola de Comércio Alvares Penteado). It registered in the Regional Accounting Council of the State of São Paulo (CRC-SP - Conselho Regional de Contabilidade do Estado de São Paulo) and National Register of Independent Auditors (CNAI – Cadastro Nacional de Auditores Independentes).
With more than 10 years of professional experience in auditing, four of them in big four firm. He has participated in locally and international projects in diversified business sectors, including industry, services, energy, insurance brokerage, food services and technology. He also has extensive experience in attending to Companies registered with the Security Exchange Commission (CVM - Comissão de Valores Mobiliários), group audits and Companies with overseas head office.
Participated in auditing and assistance in preparing a prospectus for going public and follow-on to raise funds in the American market (SEC) through the issuance of ADRs, as well as offers through Rules 144A and Regulation S, and public offering in accordance with CVM Instruction nº 400 and initial adoption of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
