Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) with a specialization in People Management from FEA-USP (Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da Universidade de São Paulo).
More than 30 years of experience in providing professional services, working in the outsourcing area, being the founder of companies specialized in the sector. In 1993, he started operations of his first outsourcing business, which was later sold to ADP Brasil, where he assumed the position of director responsible for development of the administration model; USGAAP reports: P&L, BS, Budget, Forecast etc; definition and implementation of ERP Integra; and direct and indirect tax planning.
With the acquisition of ADP Brasil by Prior Consulting in early 2004, the executive took over five years later as a partner responsible for the entire Brazilian operation, remaining in the position when the company joined as a member of Grant Thornton Brasil until May 2018. He was also owner of AXES Contábil, an outsourcing company, accounting, TAX, payroll and finance, serving national and international clients. The executive experience includes several industry sectors, leading the implementation of ERP systems (Protheus, Oracle) and implementation of the LEAN methodology.
