Qualification
Postgraduate degree in Controllership and Finance from Fundação Alvares Penteado (FECAP) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul. Certified Public Accountant registered with CRC-SP, and auditor registered with both CNAI and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
Board Member of the São Paulo Regional Accounting Council (CRC-SP) and member of the technical committee on auditing and accounting standards for large companies.
Experience
He has over 15 years of experience serving companies across various industries. At Grant Thornton Brazil, he participated in a two-year exchange program with Grant Thornton in the United States, working at the Boston office.
He is one of the partners in the SEC/PCAOB and CVM client team at Grant Thornton Brazil, leading numerous audits of companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including both local subsidiaries of international companies and Brazilian companies registered in the U.S. as Foreign Private Issuers. During the exchange program, he was involved in a major IPO project valued at over USD 30 billion. He specializes in serving both local and international clients across a wide range of industries, particularly in manufacturing, mining, airlines, technology, and services.
