Qualifications
Graduated in Business Administration from FAAP, with a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from FIA, and an MBA in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Startups from FGV.
Experience
He has over 15 years of experience in the transactions field, including 10 years conducting due diligence for major Private Equity funds operating in Brazil, as well as for multinational clients in cross-border transactions. Also spent five years advising on various M&A projects, supporting both buyers and sellers throughout the deal process.
