Qualifications
Accountant registered with the Regional Accounting Council of São Paulo (CRC-SP). He holds an MBA in Business and Finance Management from Saint Paul – Business School. Graduated in Accounting Sciences from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
Experience
He has more than 19 years of experience in the accounting area, 14 years at Grant Thornton Brazil as a specialist in accounting and financial due diligence for M&A operations. Strong performance in sell-side and buy-side projects, with a history of leadership in strategic analysis for medium and large companies in various sectors. Expertise in evaluating EBITDA, working capital and net debt, team management and preparation of executive reports to support decision making.
Responsible for the accounting and financial area in due diligence processes and has participated in several sell-side and buy-side projects in sectors such as energy, food, services, health, industries, insurance and waste treatment. He also conducts due diligence for M&A transactions in large companies, with several transactions published in the market and development of executive reports for investors.
