Qualifications
He holds a PhD in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of São Paulo (USP), a Master's degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and a degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
Experience
He has more than 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, with experience in valuation, economic and financial analysis, auditing, insolvency, capital structure, cost of capital and fair value measurement. He has worked in Big Four companies and in the banking sector.
Accounting professor, he has extensive mastery of national and international accounting standards, including CPC 01 / IAS 36 (Impairment), CPC 04 / IAS 38 (Intangibles), CPC 15 / IFRS 3 (Business Combinations), CPC 29 / IAS 41 (Biological Assets) and CPC 46 / IFRS 13 (Fair Value Measurement).
Reference in Fair Value marking of investment funds, with more than 12 years of experience in CPC 46 / IFRS 13, review of pricing models, definition of assumptions, fair value audit and independent analysis for administrators and managers.
