Qualifications
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESPM and a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Insper. Has completed executive education programs and obtained certifications in Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Leadership, and Executive Development from leading national and international institutions.
She has more than 15 years of experience in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Internal Controls, and Corporate Investigations. Throughout her career, she has led projects involving fraud and corruption investigations, regulatory assessments, third-party due diligence, risk monitoring, integrity programs, and the strengthening of corporate governance frameworks.
Her experience in both national and multinational organizations has enabled her to develop strong capabilities in leadership, team management, project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making.
Experience
Currently, she serves as a Partner in Grant Thornton’s Forensic, Investigation and Dispute Services practice, where she is responsible for leading projects related to corporate investigations, compliance, third-party monitoring, and integrity assessments, supporting organizations in the prevention, identification, and remediation of misconduct. She also contributes to the development of solutions aimed at strengthening corporate governance, business ethics, integrity programs, and regulatory compliance, while managing strategic relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Prior to becoming a Partner, she held leadership positions in financial institutions, consulting firms, and large multinational organizations, including Rabobank, EY, Walmart Brazil, Deloitte, Serasa Experian, and B3. In these roles, she was responsible for conducting corporate investigations, compliance assessments, anti-corruption programs, anti-money laundering initiatives, process reviews, risk monitoring, and the implementation of controls designed to strengthen compliance and corporate integrity.
Her experience spans multiple industries, including multinational corporations and publicly traded companies, contributing to the enhancement of corporate governance, ethical culture, and control environments, as well as supporting strategic decision-making in complex regulatory environments and high-risk scenarios.
