Graduated in Accounting Sciences from the State University of Ceará.
Experience
He has more than 17 years of experience in the financial and accounting areas, with the last 11 years dedicated to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects. His experiences involve project leadership with investment banks, legal advisors and M&A boutiques. He has 6 years of experience in external auditing, during which time he acquired extensive knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
In transactions, he has had the privilege of actively participating in complex processes of acquisition and sale of companies and assets in various sectors, such as information technology, energy, health, construction, mining, education, agribusiness, industry and various services.
At Grant Thornton Brazil, he leads due diligence project teams, both in local and international transactions, with teams in Europe, Asia and North America.
