She has graduated in Accounting Sciences, she has an MBA in Business Management and Finance from the Saint Paul Business School. She is certified in IFRS (International Financial Information Standards) by ACCA (Association of Public Accountants), certified accountant in Brazil, registered with the CRC-SP and certified with the CNAI with registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
More than 20 years of professional experience in international auditing companies, having worked in several segments, including: real estate development, civil construction, income real estate and shopping malls, pharmaceutical industry and laboratories, agribusiness, industry, services, technology, retail and non-profit entities.
She has participated in capital market transactions, including IPO processes and other national and international issues. She is a member of Ibracon (Instituto Brasileiro dos Auditores Independentes), working in the Incorporators Working Group, where she participates in technical discussions in the Real Estate and Civil Construction sector.
