Qualifications
Accountant by Estácio de Sá Univeristy, with IFRS certification by ICAEW - Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Business Administrator from the Catholic University of Petrópolis, Auditor and Appraisal expert registered with the Federal Accounting Council – CFC. He holds an MBA in IFRS from FIPECAFI/USP.
Experience
Over 25 years of experience in the capital markets, due diligence, and auditing processes, as well as projects to implement processes and internal controls to comply with international standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley. Experience in M&A processes, helping companies in the preparation of their business plans and organizational and financial restructuring processes.
Extensive experience in IPO processes and issuance of debt securities registered with both the CVM and the SEC, helping several companies in the preparation of their Corporate Governance structure and drafting of offer documents.
He has skills and experience in global projects and initiatives, to serve leading companies in their respective segments, working together with teams from several countries in Europe, the United States and Latin America. At Grant Thornton Brasil, he is responsible for the Transactions & Advisory Services area in the Rio de Janeiro office.
