Qualifications
Certified in the National Registry of Independent Auditors (CNAI) - QTG and CVM, and registered with the Regional Accounting Council of the State of São Paulo (CRC-SP). Graduated in Accounting Sciences and MBA in Controllership from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado (FECAP).
Experience
With more than 15 years of experience in auditing, he has participated in national and international projects in various sectors, including industry in general, food industry, services, hospitals, sanitation and concessions. He has extensive experience in serving companies registered with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), group audits and companies with subsidiaries abroad.
His trajectory includes solid performance in International Accounting (IFRS) and experience with Brazilian companies operating both in the local and international markets, including companies regulated by the CVM and SEC/PCAOB. He has participated in capital market transactions, such as IPOs and funding offerings, both in the local market (CRAs) and internationally (Bonds – 144A/Reg S).
