Qualifications
Graduated in Accounting Sciences from the Bandeirantes University of São Paulo. MBA in Business Financial Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Member of the Working Group of Real Estate Developers of IBRACON - Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil, former member of the Real Estate IFRS Interpretation Group of Ernst & Young. Technical certificates from CRC, CNAI and CVM.
Experience
He has more than 20 years of professional experience in serving audit and consulting clients, including in Big 4. In the last 12 years, he has worked with clients in the Real Estate segment, specializing in the segment and auditing private and public clients. He also has experience in several other segments, such as retail, construction companies, infrastructure, long-term contract providers, insurance brokers and industry.
He has worked with work related to corporate restructuring transactions, including acquisitions, mergers and spin-offs, as well as capital market transactions, such as registrations with the CVM categories A or B, auditing of companies in the process of public issuances of shares (IPO's and Follow-on), issuances of proven and public debentures, issuances of real estate receivables certificates (CRIs) and agronomist receivables certificates (CRAs).
