Extensive experience with publicly traded companies on the NYSE (Foreign Private Issuers), including the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reporting process and internal control requirements.
Participated in capital market transactions totaling more than R$ 13 billion, including IPO processes and other national and international transactions and several M&A transactions.
