Graduated in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and double major in Economics from the University of the Pacific, California (USA). He holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Certified in COSO ERM and Risk Management Foundation (ISO 31000).

He has more than 15 years of experience in consulting (8 years in Big Four), specializing in performance improvement (finance), corporate governance, risk and compliance.
Experience in national and international projects (United States and Africa) and in large public and private organizations in the energy, retail, shopping malls, construction, agribusiness, construction, technology, services, health, telecommunication and automotive segments.
At Grant Thornton Brazil, he leads projects for mapping and optimizing processes, implementation of shared services centers, digital transformation, organizational restructuring, budget management, corporate governance, risk management, internal controls and internal audit.
