Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences from Universidade Uniradial Estácio and a graduate degree in Comptrollership from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado (FECAP).
He is a certified accountant in Brazil (CFC – Federal Accounting Board), has certification from CNAI [National Register of Independent Auditors] and vast experience in IFRS. He is currently a member of the National Audit Standards Committee (‘CNA') of IBRACON [Brazilian Institute of Independent Auditors].
More than 18 years of professional experience in auditing firms, Big 4 and, in his career, he developed several projects in different sectors like: industry, services, construction, incorporation, automotive, farming & livestock, chemical, manufacturing, naval, among others, in which headed several M&A projects, audits, internal audits, IPOs, mergers, purchases and joint-ventures.
