Graduated in Civil Engineering and Accounting Sciences from PUC Minas.
Experience
He has more than eight years of experience in auditing, auditing, analysis and evaluation of Real Estate and Capital Equipment assets. He has worked in 'Big Four' companies in the Brazil and Chile offices. Currently, at Grant Thornton Brazil, he is responsible for the Asset Management and Construction Consulting area, supported by a technical team composed of engineers with multidisciplinary expertise.
He has extensive experience in projects related to Real Estate, with a focus on compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and USGAAP, in addition to working in M&A, Due Diligence, PPA, marking of quotas for real estate investment funds, guarantees and insurance. He also participated in vocation and economic-financial feasibility studies for the implementation and development of real estate projects.
Conducted audits on civil works projects and contracts, including budget review, contractual risk management and analysis of pricing processes. He has worked on specific investigations related to cases of overbilling in civil works contracts. He has solid experience in asset management projects, both in conventional industries and in regulated sectors, such as the electricity and oil & gas sectors. He also worked in the evaluation of rural properties and biological assets of various natures.
