Qualifications
MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Graduated in Accounting Sciences from UniFBV (Wyden).
Experience
More than 10 years of experience in tax consulting and tax and financial due diligence, having worked in multinationals with a focus on consulting and compliance projects focused on direct taxes, including participation in independent audits and development of financial modeling.
In the last 8 years, he has focused his work in the area of Due Diligence, acquiring solid experience in complex processes of acquisition and sale of companies and assets in sectors such as health, services, industry and technology.
He has led and actively participated in Tax and Financial Due Diligence projects (buy-side and sell-side), supporting M&A transactions in different segments. His experience includes analysis of tax and financial risks and support to national and international investors, conducting projects with a strategic vision to ensure safety and efficiency in operations.
