Qualifications
Graduated in Social Communication and Journalism; MBA in Fraud Risk Management and Compliance from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA); Postgraduate degree in Leadership, Innovation and Management 4.0 from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS).
Certification in Anti-Corruption Compliance by LEC-FGV (CPC-A) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Experience
With more than 20 years of experience in the market, he has been leading and managing the planning and execution of complex investigations for more than a decade.
He has extensive expertise in the implementation and conduct of compliance programs, including third-party risk assessment, development of policies and procedures, as well as strategies to prevent and combat fraud and corruption.
Its work also includes the development of training and the continuous monitoring of compliance programs, ensuring compliance and organizational integrity.
