Qualifications

Master degree in Business Administration with certification by the American Masters Ohio University USA and Getulio Vargas Foundation FGV; MBA degree in Business Management from FGV; and Degree in Accounting at FAV (Valinhos University).

Élica Martins is a Certified Public Accountant in Brazil (CFC), and she is also certified by the CVM (regulatory entity for public companies). She also has an extensive experience in IFRS and US GAAP.

Experience

More than 20 years of experience in auditing, focusing in works related to auditing public companies (CVM) and IFRS, large and medium-sized enterprises (national and multinational), services (highway concessionaires and university education) and manufacturing.
