At Grant Thornton Brazil, he is responsible for managing the legal department, conducting strategies in sensitive cases and performing analysis, drafting and negotiation of service agreements, partnerships and corporate transactions. It acts preventively to mitigate risks of exposure to administrative and judicial demands, in addition to ensuring compliance with the requirements of inspections and regulatory bodies of the profession. It manages outsourced offices and develops operations and solutions aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing preventive actions.
