He holds an LL.M in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), an MBA in Finance from IBMEC, and an ongoing MBA in M&A and Equity from PUC-RS. Bachelor of Laws from the University of Fortaleza and Bachelor's degree in Accounting Science from the Federal University of Ceará.
Over 20 years of experience in tax, auditing, due diligence and mergers, and acquisitions. He worked for nine years in the tax area, carrying out tax and corporate planning work, surveying tax credits, consulting and advising on corporate restructuring projects, mergers, spin-offs, and company acquisitions.
Since 2012, he has worked on more than 200 M&A projects, performing due diligence for strategic investors and private equity funds, with an emphasis on education, healthcare, technology, consumer goods, industries, and infrastructure.
