She holds a degree in Materials Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, an MBA in Business Management from Universidade de Marília and a certified Facilitator of the Master Purpose Program – Level 1 and 2 by Florescência – Universidade do Propósito.
She has over 15 years of experience in the corporate environment, integrates multidisciplinary skills in the area of corporate sustainability, process structuring, indicators and reports. At Grant Thornton, she leads the Sustainability and ESG area, working on strategic sustainability planning projects, structuring ESG governance, implementing ESG practices, assessing ESG risks and structuring sustainability reports.
As a consultant and project manager in the area of Corporate Sustainability, she has worked in business diagnosis, strategy definition, governance structuring, stakeholder engagement, process design, analysis and structuring of indicators and sustainability reports using the different frameworks present in the market, especially the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and ISE-B3 questionnaires, with validation of related documentation followed by proposing and structuring procedures and documentation to support new processes.
She has experience with governments, being part of the leadership team for two years in an initiative involving state and municipal governments and society, being one of those responsible for community engagement, current diagnosis and preparation of the 2030 Action Plan based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (17 SDGs) of the UN.
She developed an eight-year career in the plastics transformation industry, where she coordinated and executed activities in the areas of Research and Development, Material and Product Development, Supplier Development and Quality Control.

Metrics are essential for companies to be able to assess the social and environmental impacts they cause, as well as to communicate them properly. As the financial market becomes more demanding regarding the ESG guideline - environmental, social and governance issues, companies need to improve their measurement processes and presentation of results, in detailed reports.
Sustainability actions have become a business imperative. Bloomberg projections indicate that global ESG assets by 2025 will account for more than a third of all projected assets under management, accounting for $53 trillion of the $140.5 trillion total.
