Qualifications
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He completed a specialization in Finance and Accounting at the University of La Verne and another in Financial Products and Risk Management at FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração. He is certified in Pricing by ABBI – the Brazilian Association of International Banks, and earned an MBA in Organizational Psychology and Leadership from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
Experience
With more than 14 years of experience in audit and risk management, Dallison is a specialist in derivatives and fixed income, with a strong background in auditing fixed‑income and equity products, treasury operations, trading desks, and risk management frameworks.
He previously served as an internal auditor at an international bank, where he was responsible for audits across treasury (Trading, Sales, and ALM), corporate banking, Volcker Rule compliance, financial and non‑financial risks, and a broad range of financial products. He also spent nearly seven years at a major Brazilian bank, leading audits of derivatives, fixed‑income instruments, Front, Middle, and Back Office processes, market risk, and treasury functions across offshore units.
He also has extensive experience in financial statement audits and SOX testing, gained through his work as an external auditor for medium and large financial institutions.
