Bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUC-SP, with an Executive MBA from Business School São Paulo.
More than 20 years of experience in transactions area, working on valuation, M&A and corporate finance projects at companies such as PwC, Terco Grant Thornton and EY, where he held the positions of manager, senior executive manager and director.
The executive was responsible for the beginning of TAS operations in the Brazilian Northeast by EY, acting in projects of economic and financial evaluation, evaluation of intangible assets, viability studies, business plans and merger and acquisition processes.
Experience in several projects, involving customers from sectors of industry, retail and services. Strong presence in the education segment, in projects with listed companies, educational institutions and participation in capital markets projects.
