Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), with an Executive MBA from Business School São Paulo and an MBA in IFRS from FIPECAFI.
Experience
More than 25 years of experience in Transactions, having worked for leading firms in the sector including PwC, Terco Grant Thornton, EY, and Grant Thornton. His professional career was developed through a structured progression, evolving from technical positions to management and leadership roles, with strategic involvement in complex projects and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
He was responsible for launching EY’s transactions practice in the Northeast region of Brazil and for leading the education segment within the transactions area.
He has experience in Valuation, M&A, Modeling, and other Corporate Finance services, having worked on projects for companies across multiple industries and sizes, including startups, family-owned businesses, and publicly listed global corporations.
