Qualifications
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUC-Rio and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Economics and Finance at FGV EPGE. Also completed a postgraduate program in Corporate Law and Capital Markets at FGV-Rio, an extension program at BVR with a focus on Monte Carlo statistical modeling, and specialized training at IMAA with Professor Aswath Damodaran. Additionally, he is certified as a Certified Post Merger Integration Specialist (CPMI) by IMAA.
Experience
Brings more than 10 years of experience in valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance advisory. Has led and executed due diligence projects and supported the preparation of reports in Judicial Reorganization processes across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, and services.
Has strong experience working with Private Equity–backed companies and has participated in projects involving businesses that subsequently went public on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3), contributing to strategic decision-making and value creation initiatives.
