He is a member of IBC - International Business Center Director of GTIL, as well as a member of The Global Compliance Committee, formed by 6 countries coordinating BPO projects on a global scale.
With more than a decade of experience in providing consulting services to multinational customers. Fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, as well as the French/ Brazilian dual citizenship offers strategic and operational service supervision of BPO services, taking advantage of best practices and technology to gain efficiency to control costs.
International professional experience, acquired between, Europe, Asia and North and Latin America
as well as experience as a volunteer with the French Red Cross with specific missions in sub-Saharan Africa.
