Andreia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a postgraduate specialization in Tax Law from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

With more than two decades of experience in audit and tax consulting, Andreia has developed a strong background in indirect taxes and complex, large‑scale projects. Her career includes leadership roles in both national and international consulting firms, driving strategic initiatives centered on value creation and risk mitigation.
Her experience spans multiple industries, delivering engagements such as Tax Procedure Reviews, Tax Diagnostics, Audit Support, Tax Modeling, Tax Mapping and Due Diligence for M&A transactions. She also has deep expertise in managing projects related to Compliance, Review of Ancillary Obligations, preparation of technical responses, and strategic advisory focused on adapting companies to the Tax Reform—covering impact assessments, planning, and implementation of changes across tax processes.
