Qualifications
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.
Is registered with the National Registry of Independent Auditors (CNAI QTG) and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
Experience
Has more than 14 years of experience in independent auditing, serving small, medium-sized, and large companies, including publicly traded entities.
His experience includes the audit of financial statements, capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), and engagements conducted in collaboration with member firms of the Grant Thornton international network.
He has extensive experience in projects involving corporate governance, internal controls, risk management, and financial and accounting processes, contributing to the reliability of financial information and the strengthening of organizations’ control environments.
At Grant Thornton Brazil, he is responsible for leading audit engagements and managing client relationships across a broad range of industries, supporting organizations on matters related to governance, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
