Qualifications

With recent training in Branding from ESPM, she complements a solid academic background that integrates strategy, innovation, and communication. She holds a Master’s degree in Tech-Driven Leadership from FIAP and in Marketing from ESALQ/USP, as well as a postgraduate degree in Management and Organization of Events and Sponsored Projects from Famesp. She graduated in Social Communication, with a specialization in Public Relations, from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, building a strong foundation that supports her strategic role in Marketing and Communication.

Experience

A professional with over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Communication, she has built a solid career in mid-sized and large organizations, both national and multinational, operating across the sectors of Audit and Consulting, Education, Printing/Packaging Industry, Technology, and Events. Throughout her career, she has also gained experience in communication, advertising, and public relations agencies, broadening her integrated and strategic perspective on brand and positioning.

She also has international experience through an exchange program, contributing to a global perspective in her professional approach. Her experience encompasses communication strategy, 360 marketing, and the management of multidisciplinary teams, with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities, contributing to the delivery of positive impact and sustainable results for brands, clients, and society. Her core areas of expertise include Growth Marketing, Branding, Communication, Internal Communication, and Corporate Reputation.
