Qualifications
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidade Paulista and an MBA in Accounting, Audit, and Controllership from Trevisan School of Business. He is a licensed accountant with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC) and registered as an auditor with the Federal Accounting Council (CFC) and the National Registry of Independent Auditors (CNAI), with qualifications for QTG and CVM audits.
Experience
He has more than 12 years of experience in accounting and audit, serving as the lead auditor for international and public companies (PCAOB), in addition to directly participating in local audits of publicly listed entities regulated by the CVM.
He is responsible for audits of both national and international companies, with experience across multiple sectors such as industrial, services, construction, real estate development, retail, education, mining, and investment funds. His background includes audits performed under US GAAP, BR GAAP, and IFRS, as well as internal controls audits under SOX, accounting diagnostics, due diligence, and M&A support.
He is also a member of the International Audit Group (IAG), specializing in serving international clients.
