Master of Science in Naval and Ocean Engineering – Supply Chain – and PhD in Engineering from USP. Specialist degree in Sea Transportation and Supply Chain from Yokohama National University (Japan).
With over 20 years’ experience in business advisory and management services, Ricardo has taken part in a variety of projects where he could apply the best practices acquired during his career and experience gained while working for prestigious consulting firms. Throughout his professional journey, Ricardo has had the opportunity to work in different countries in the America, Europe, and Asia. His expertise enables adding value to every phase of a project lifecycle: organization of the client´s needs, methodology structure, project phases and activities, milestone schedule, effort assessment, and estimated budget / price.
Ricardo has conducted strategic and operational projects in various industries and the public sector, in addition to performing detailed diagnoses and improving processes as part of organization and logistics projects relating to O2C, strategic sourcing, networking project, S&OP, staff assessment, etc. His experience also includes leading relating to budget management efficiency planning by implementing new KPIs, development of different types of internal and external communication reports in environments of projects and internal interlocutors – local and global, change management projects, human resources management of multidisciplinary and, in certain cases, multinational teams.
